Studenti Sveučilišta u Rijeci ovom prilikom imaju se mogućnost prijaviti za cijepljenje u Rijeci s kojim će se započeti krajem svibnja odnosno početkom lipnja i trajati će kroz ljetne mjesece.
Ovim putem se možete prijaviti u slučaju da već ranije niste zaprimili poziv na cijepljenje i započeli s cijepljenjem preko drugih modela (npr. studenti medicinskih usmjerenja na kliničkim vježbama, studenti koji će tijekom ljeta raditi u turizmu i dr.), a ako ste započeli postupak cijepljenja po drugom modelu trebate isti i završiti na način kako ste započeli i dogovorili.
Prijaviti se mogu svi studenti Sveučilišta u Rijeci neovisno o razini studija te redovitom ili izvanrednom statusu studenta kao i studenti na razmjeni (Erasmus i dr.).

Svi prijavljeni bit će kontaktirani od strane Nastavnog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Primorsko-goranske županije.
Obrascu se pristupa putem sljedeće POVEZNICE upisivanjem korisničkih podataka u sustavu AAI@EduHr (e-adresa povezana s uniri korisničkim imenom npr. peric.pero@student.uniri.hr).
Prilikom prijave obvezni ste dati sljedeće podatke: JMBAG, NAZIV SASTAVNICE, OIB, MBO, VRSTA SMJEŠTAJA (studentski dom ili drugo) te KONTAKT BROJ TELEFONA, a osobno ime i e-mail adresa unose se automatski.
U slučaju da student nije u mogućnosti pristupiti prijavi upisivanjem svojih korisničkih AAI@EduHr podataka ili nema potrebne korisničke podatke, mora se javiti LDAP administratoru na svojoj sastavnici.

Are you a University of Rijeka student? Register for vaccination!
The University of Rijeka students have the opportunity to register to be vaccinated in Rijeka, which will begin in late May/early June and will continue throughout the summer months.
You may apply here only in case you haven’t yet been contacted for vaccination and received the first dose based on other criteria (e.g. students of medicine required to be vaccinated to participate in clinical exercises, students working in tourism during the summer, etc.). If you have started the vaccination process according to another model, it should be finished as agreed.
All students of the University of Rijeka can apply (including exchange students), regardless of the level of their study program and student status (full-time/part-time).

All applicants will be contacted by the Teaching Institute of Public Health of Primorje-Gorski kotar County.
The form can be accessed via the following LINK by entering user data in the AAI@EduHr system (e-mail address associated with the UNIRI username, e.g. peric.pero@student.uniri.hr).
When registering, the student is required to provide the following information: JMBAG (10 digits before zero on the student ID), UNIVERSITY CONSTITUENT (academy/faculty/department), TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION (student dormitory or other) and CONTACT PHONE NUMBER, while the name and e-mail address are entered automatically.
In case the student is unable to fill in the form using their AAI@EduHr data or does not have the required user data, they must contact the LDAP administrator on their constituent. The list of LDAP administrators for students can be found here.
